Program Design and Development

Story of Our Results:
- Achieved federal recognition for Stellar reporting (USA).
- Built a PrEP program serving over 200 clients before 2017, among a handful of agencies in New York City to do so.
- Expanded community engagement to serve over 4,000 people and increased staff complement from 2 to 15 in less than two years.
- Designed a $2 million departmental structure (staff, budget, and funding strategy) to include mental health and social determinants of health projects for minority populations and youth.
- Expanded clinic-based and venue-based point of care testing (POC) for HIV and hepatitis C in underserved inner cities.

- Achieved UDS targets for clinical measures for: cervical cancer screening – >85%, colorectal cancer screening – >60%, HIV linkage to care – 100%, HIV screening – >75%, Preventive Care and Screening: Screening for Depression and Follow-Up Plan – >87%.
- Conducted several training and workshops in 3 countries.
Research Consultancy
The Principal Consultant is an accomplished international health consultant and has led projects spanning key areas such as HIV/AIDS, chronic diseases, strategic planning, standard operational procedures, and grant writing. With a robust portfolio of successful collaborations with Ministries of Health, Health Agencies, and esteemed organizations like WHO/PAHO and the United Nations agencies, she and her team bring a wealth of experience to the table.
